Welcome to the Lavant Players Web site!
We are an active amateur group based in the village of Lavant a mile north of Chichester in the English county of West Sussex. Our activities are geared to performing an annual all-age community production in January of each year; typically there will 30-40 cast members and a similar number of people supporting behind the scenes. Recently we have introduced a second production in the autumn in a different format - a "Murder Mystery" supper evening. We are friendly group and always welcome new members. Our productions take place in the Lavant Memorial Hall; the location of the hall is shown in the box towards the bottom of this page:

Rehearsals are going well, lines are learnt and now we are concentrating on polishing the final product. So now is the time to book your tickets for the show and get a prime seat. Tickets available from Cynthia Rivett on 01243-527124.
Performances will be on these dates: Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28 January for evening shows starting at 7.30pm. There is also a Saturday Matinee starting at 2.30pm.
